Thatipudi Reservoir - weekend getaway

Thatipudi Reservoir is a water reservoir on River Gosthani located in Thatipudi of Vizianagaram district in Andhra Pradesh.

It is one of the major water supply reservoir to the city of Visakhapatnam. It is 58 km from NAD juction of Visakhapatnam, 60 km from Araku and just 11 km from Srungavarapu kota.

This place is beautifully surrounded my lush green mountains and wild life. Boat ride here is a must have experience. There is a cottage in middle of the reservoir where you can get food, snacks and drinks.
